About Me

  • I thrive in ambiguity and love tackling a challenge

  • I love developing and nourishing successful cross-functional partnerships

  • My reward comes from building and scaling high performing teams and helping them flourish

  • I believe you can still do great work and have fun at the same time

I began my tech journey right after graduating from Indiana University in 1999. I launched my career in Technical Support at the startup Dynamic Trade (soon rebranded as Performics), where I worked my way into Front-end Web Development. My experience then navigated me through two major acquisitions: First by DoubleClick in 2004, where I expanded my role into Design, and subsequently by Google in 2008.

During my fifteen-year tenure at Google working within the ads ecosystem, I dedicated my career to User Experience, transitioning from UX Designer to UX Manager in 2011. Since 2023, I have continued my leadership journey at The Trade Desk. Throughout my time at both Google and The Trade Desk, I have spent the last 7+ years specializing exclusively in leading and scaling complex enterprise design systems.
